The Puff Bar – A Viable loophole in Electronic Cigarette Consumption Laws
E-puffs attended a long way since their humble beginnings. Now they can be found in a variety of shapes and sizes, each serving the same function. Some are reusable, while others only are utilized once. The Puff Bar E-Puff Device, however, is a unique type of e-puff. It has two tanks, one filled up with Juul Pods colored silicone oil, and the other with compressed CO2.
If you want to try all sorts of new flavors once in a while, the Puff Bar’s dual tanks allow you to do that with ease. You can not only replace the flavors for regular or refreshing drinks, but you can also use it to check almost any drink or food, as well. Actually, the product’s versatility is one of its best attributes.
A lot of people associate the Puff Bar with flavors like chocolate, but in reality it comes in a number of different flavors. You can pick from fruit flavors, peppermint, lemon, and even candy like. One of the popular is named Sweet Tarts, and it will come in a fruity pink color with white frosting at the top. It’s one of the cooler puff bars include flavors like rocky road and the lemon snow cream, which are perfect for those who are trying to stop smoking.
Although you may don’t smoke cigarettes, you can still enjoy the Puff Bar and its own great electronic nicotine delivery system. As a matter of fact, the Puff Bar is very easy to use, even for those who have never tried electronic cigarettes before. All it takes would be to hold the Puff Bar in the middle of your teeth, and squeeze the handy little bottle to release a steady stream of nicotine. That’s not all; to be able to get high, it is possible to set the bar at one point greater than your normal puff.
In an effort to make sure your kids aren’t getting into any trouble, the government passed a law this past year that requires any e-cigs sold in the U.S. to contain certain warnings concerning the addiction risks. Even though US has so far been the only real country to introduce these laws, a great many other countries have followed suit. One particular country is the United Kingdom, where the” Tobacco Labelling Act” allows for a one-year ban on any electronic cigarette manufacturer that does not display a “stop smoking” symbol on the products. This same act also requires every company selling any type of electronic cigarette to join up with the government. The idea is to protect young and inexperienced consumers from e-cigs which could not be as safe because the tobacco companies want us to trust.
There’s another loophole that may be able to help fight the war against nicotine addiction. THE UNITED KINGDOM government is aware that some public health experts think that the consumption of e-cigs is significantly less harmful than smoking a traditional cigarette. If this is true, then why haven’t more public health officials taken the step to ban all electronic cigarettes, instead of merely making it harder to obtain them? Associated with that the ban in the U.K. is targeted on the sale of “disposable flavored of cigarettes”, which is just an example of a label and will not necessarily mean all e-cigs should be banned. Another loophole that public health officials might use is to exempt the sale of flavored e cigarettes from being contained in any package that advertises or lists smoking as an option.
Some companies that manufacture vaporisers and e-liquid have taken this route, and they have a product that is called the Puff Bar. The Puff Bar is a small device that looks a lot like a luxury pod device, but it does not have any electronic equipment. It could deliver concentrated, vaporized e-liquid right to your lips. The way it works is that the small pump sends a constant stream of air into the Puff Bar. Because the air hits the heating element, that is located in the Puff Bar, it gets hotter and expands to make a vapor, which is then sent to the mouth area.
Even though device may look like a classic piece of electronic paraphernalia, there is a very real loophole in its functionality. Although the British government has not yet introduced any sort of ban, they’re considering a ban on non-disposable e cigarette products that appear to be the Puff Bar. The reasoning behind this loophole is that if everyone who smoked a cigarette actually gave it up, the issue of non-disposable e cigarette products would disappear completely as well. Although the government may never act on this loophole, public health officials could develop a similar loophole that prohibits any puff bar products, including the Puff Bar, from for sale to consumers.
